New Trash & Recycling Carts

By now all residents have received their new trash and recycling carts.  PLEASE DO NOT SPRAY PAINT YOUR ADDRESS OR NAME ON THE NEW CARTS!  The carts are actually the property of the Town of Morningside.  Each cart has a serial number on it that has been assigned to each household.  If your carts should come up missing, please call the Morningside Administrative Office.  We have the numbers on record.  You are responsible for the carts and the cost of their replacement.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Administrative Office at 301-736-2300 M-F 8am-5pm.
